Delivery policy
For our customers who are located in Jeddah, we deliver the tyres at the location and time specified by you and also provide you with a free coupon to install your tyres in one of our contracted tyres centres.
Otherwise, all tires purchased from this site which require shipping outside Jeddah are made under a shipping contract with the shipping company . This means that the risks of loss or damage during shipment are removed from us and become yours once the tyre delivered to the shipping company or carrier.
Shipping is made within 3 working days from the date of receiving the payment in our account.
Warranty
The tyres warranty is one year (12 months) from the date of installation of the tire,The warranty is provided by the official local dealer of the tire in Saudi Arabia. The warranty includes any technical or industrial defect, and does not involve road hazards such as puncture, sharp nails, or malfunction.
